As a jobseeker, you ought to follow the companies you would like to work for and put yourself on **their** radar by interacting with them. If you want to make it easier for search engines to find you., use your own name as your Twitter name rather than something funny.   **I**f you decide to use Facebook to promote yourself as a job candidate, then you need to be very careful not to post anything that might alienate a potential employer. That could mean posts that reveal your religious or political beliefs, as well as photos that show you partying on the beach or otherwise using inappropriate profile photos.   **T**he internet, especially social media sites, has radically changed job searches and can help you find your dream job. While you need to be cautious about the information you reveal online, this does not mean you should avoid social networks altogether.
